Our Healthcare Products Segment develops and market a growing range of innovative over-the-counter and prescribed branded and generic medicines, medical devices, nutraceuticals, and personal care products targeting the needs of retail and business consumers.
Our Nutrition Business Segment develops and market an advance selection of early life nutrition targeting the needs of children from birth to age 3, along with a growing selection of dairy products for general consumption.
Our Cosmetics Business Segment develops and market a growing range of trend-setting cosmetics and other beauty products—that are the perfect synthesis of nature and science—tailored to the needs of both adults, and children ages birth to 12 years old.
Our Business Services Segment: With our purchase, upgrade, and recertification of Laboratory Pérez Giménez (LPG) Pharmaceutical Portfolio—one of Spain’s most successful over the past 70 years—and its Production Complex—one of the largest in Andalusia, Spain—we are fully equipped to deliver strategically-impactful CMO and CDMO services to a global clientele. We currently develop and manufacture a growing list of products that currently include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and biocides while also offering out/in-licensing opportunities. Opportunities also exists for co-investment, technical, and marketing partnerships in the development of Value-Added (VA) and other in-demand medicine.
